Dermatica contracts with ZipHealth Medical Group, P.A., and affiliated medical groups (collectively, “ZipHealth
Provider Group”) , an
independent medical group with a network of United States based health care providers
(each, a "Provider") who provide clinical telehealth services. ZipHealth Provider Group is
responsible for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices describing its collection
and use of your health information. If you do not agree to be bound by those terms, you
are not authorized to access or use our Website, and you must promptly exit our Website.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your
information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your
choice is not to use our Website. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to this Privacy
